2010年6月,最勁爆的管樂老師楊老師創立台南的新樂團管樂小集 ，在楊老師的領導之下,在台南的蕭隴文化園區、安平古堡、全台首學孔廟、歸仁文化中心等地精彩演出,同時也有了新的想法和動力。 　　樂團主要以小樂手為主,讓小朋友有更多的演出經驗使得每一個小團員能有超水準的最佳表現,今年四月二十日也快到了,是豎笛國王的生日,在這裡敬祝「楊老大生日快樂」。 　　 本人從2010年11月,開始紀錄管樂小集(Great Music),新威所拍攝管樂小集演出中新威比較得意作品,在本篇列出,也請有意欣賞的朋友到演出現場參觀加油。(以上為新威撰文)
