新威多媒體雜誌

自從1998年離開任職的電腦公司,成立工作室也有十三年了，磁碟作業系統(Disk Operation system),從DOS 3.0~6.22 ,從倚天中文系統到Micro Soft Windows,還有一些如Windows NT、Windows server 2000-2008 IBM OS2、Linux X Window、Novell server等等。 　　2010年年底我的幾個工會、農會客戶,終於在使用DOS 6.22和倚天中文PE2、Clipper十多年後畫下修止符,這幾個客戶是從前公司手中接過來的,在這裡感謝前老闆「曾先生」。 　　 本篇也將展出這些年來,新威所有記憶的一部分,撰寫Windows程式從1998年到今年2011年正式告別DOS 6.22倚天中文。(以上為新威撰文)

1999年接下新化果菜市場,DOS版本業務、會計、薪資系統,改寫For Windows程式,也是新威接下的第一個大CASE,2000年接下台糖公司訓練中心的訓練管理系統For Windows。 　　因為1998年以前的DOS程式也是新威所撰寫,只是當年新威是別人的員工,而台糖公司訓練中心的訓練管理系統For Windows雖然也可以在2011年後正常運作,但卻在2010年8月被台糖公司廢棄。 　　2011年10月新威為台南縫紉工會,撰寫第一套工會作業系統For Windows 以 XP 32/64 / Windows 7 32/64 / Windows server 2008為平臺,先後有農會版本和其他的工會的版本,因為每一個工會都有不同的處程序 。(以上為新威撰文)   家住安南鹽溪邊 The family lives in nearby the Annan salt river 隔壁就是聽雨軒 The next door listens to the rain porch 一旦落日照大員 The sunset Shineing to the Taiwan at once 左岸青龍飛九天 The left bank white dragon flying in the sky

我愛台南我的家-花的都市,台南市並不是什麼世界級的大都市,是我的家我的生活,一個人不愛自己的家鄉他還能愛什麼,金窩、銀窩不如自己的狗窩。 　　 一個城市如果能站在生態系的角度來種植木本植物,就能有四時不謝之花可供觀賞,雖然我們台南市的都市市容最近有長足的進步,但是還不能和國際都市相比,不過吾人還是秉持著愛家鄉的心態,來觀察所居住的台南市。 　　台南市的行道樹有許多種類,市花鳳凰木、香港櫻花、風鈴木、木棉、阿勃勒、緬梔子、黄槐樹等還有各種小灌木,從一月到十二月都有花可以拍,同時也不時思索如何創新拍攝技巧,The creation is out of the ordinary 。(以上為新威撰文)

為了實現「創作即是與眾不同」的理念我思考如何以底片的色彩和重覆曝光的相機功能來創造不可能的影像,也思考構圖的原創性,雖然許多的方式都想了但和別人相似和雷同還是免不了。 　　對於器材的迷惘,雖然一張有意義的照片不一定要名貴的器材來達成創作,但是有多餘的錢要使用好的器材本人並不反對,因為「武林至尊寶刀屠龍,號令天下莫敢不從,倚天不出誰與爭鋒」,屠龍刀就是NIKKOR 180mm 1:2.8 *ED AIS 是NIKON前十名銘鏡,EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L USM就是倚天劍,因為變焦鏡等於雙面開鋒的劍。 　　 我最常用的超廣角鏡頭Vivitar 19mm 1:3.8 MC AIS 只是一支很便宜的二手鏡頭,新台幣三千元買來的,用來拍底片已經很不錯了,雖然會有近端變形的缺點但是使用得當,還是可以創作出不錯的照片,我常用來重覆曝光,創作奇幻世界。 (以上為新威撰文)
