2010年6月,最勁爆的管樂老師楊老師創立台南的新樂團管樂小集 ，在楊老師的領導之下,在台南的蕭隴文化園區、安平古堡、全台首學孔廟、歸仁文化中心等地精彩演出,同時也有了新的想法和動力。 　　樂團主要以小樂手為主,讓小朋友有更多的演出經驗使得每一個小團員能有超水準的最佳表現,今年四月二十日也快到了,是豎笛國王的生日,在這裡敬祝「楊老大生日快樂」。 　　 本人從2010年11月,開始紀錄管樂小集(Great Music),新威所拍攝管樂小集演出中新威比較得意作品,在本篇列出,也請有意欣賞的朋友到演出現場參觀加油。(以上為新威撰文)

七娘媽生-府城做十六歲，台南市的「開隆宮」是有名的「織女廟」，因為織女星是民間傳說的兒童守護神，照顧孩子到十六歲，台南府城在清朝時期，五條港海運鼎盛，港區有許多的搬運工也有許多的童工和大人一起工作，到了滿十六歲家長就舉行成年禮。 　　舉行成年禮俗稱「做十六歲」，是要告訴搬運貨物的老闆，我家的孩子長大了成年了，要領大人的工資了，隨著時代的巨輪輾轉演變至今，變成了富貴人家才有的台南市禮俗，因為本人年幼家貧又不是本籍台南市所以沒有做過十六歲，同學間有做十六歲的也是不多，當年的台灣富貴者不多。 　　開隆宮每年都會舉行「做十六歲」讓大家有標準又隆重的儀式，不分貧富都可以做十六歲成年禮，現場有志工指導行禮來完成儀式，先念祈禱文上香感謝七娘媽的照顧成長，繞著鑽過七娘媽亭和神桌腳下三圈完成成年禮以成龍化鳳。 (以上為新威撰文)

原本台南市的禮俗是由外祖母來替外孫,而且是長男的外祖母來行成年禮,女生是不能做十六歲的,現在的台灣社會男女平等,所以男女都可以做十六歲了。 　　最初的禮俗來自中國泉州,當時的人類壽命較短,十六歲已經算是成年了,也是清朝政府用來收稅的依據,有所謂「攤丁入畝」都是官方辦理的活動,所以據說有許多人不願參加。 　　 後來傳到台灣,成為港口的童工領成年人工錢的依據,為了公平的原則以農歷七月七日來計算成年少年的年齡,如今這個習俗已是台南市特有的風俗,而且是男女皆可進行的禮俗了,所以「府城做十六歲」是台南市的在地文化,市政府今年也有辦理十六歲藝術節的各種活動。 (以上為新威撰文)

一個從未結束的時代-日本時代,去年2008年成功大學曾有過一場連續兩天的CosPlay同人誌動漫角色扮演的活動,今年2009年在台南一中,也有一場「存在革命同人活動 Existence Revolution CosPlay」也是連續兩天。 　　 動漫同人就是以日本電玩或漫畫為主的角色扮演活動,而今年台南一中的校園和去年成大的校學都是日本治台時期為主要的歷史建築物,這樣的時空和人物扮演及歌曲的演唱,都是日本來的文化。 　　 日本的卡通人物和服飾加上日本時代的建築物,我身上起了一陣雞皮疙瘩,這裡難道是日本嗎?原來日本時代一直都沒結束,從來沒就離開日本文化,日本文化統治台灣超過了一百年。(以上為新威撰文)

這一種免費又豐富的MD群真的讓人很開心,選景和構圖的經驗就成長了不少,不像一般的人像外拍單調呆板,但是有的景真的很複雜,不太能拍七分身以上的Cosplay玩家。 　　今年遇到了扮演「義呆利」的角色,這是一部把世界上所有的國家擬人化的動畫作品,HETALIA Axis Powers義呆利就是義大利,外表是高帥的大男人內心卻是一個小女僕「豆丁義呆利」,也是二次世界大戰歷史的縮影 。 　　 各種日本動漫的人物,甚至十多年前的日本動畫「神劍闖江湖」的人物都出現了,日本時代從來沒有停止過的想法出現在我的心中,尤其是在台南市這一個到處都是日本建築物的城市,一個在日本時代建立的中學台南一中。 (以上為新威撰文)

不斷成長與進步的喜悅-管樂雅集,在最勁爆的團長楊老大的領導下，管樂雅集不斷的成長進步,演奏水準已足稱一流,但是對這一個不收團費、自動自發來練習的業餘團體來說難能可貴。 　　這一個不營利的樂團,2009/07/04的演出中所演出的,花心和Careless Whisper的時候我感覺到一種完美的感覺,楊老大真的很用心還有每一個團員全力的演出,當天欣賞管樂演出較多,所以並沒拍太多照片。 　　台南市孔廟最優秀的表演團體之一,我可大聲的說「管樂雅集」當之無愧,當然這其中的許多小故事不足為外人說出,我以台南人的驕傲為由,替他們無料的紀錄下往後每一次的表演,不求名也不求利。(以上為新威撰文)

以前偶而會到孔廟溜溜散心,也會拍一點點表演的照片,但是第一次2008/07/05遇到管樂雅集時我拍了三張其中一張是楊老大的手和豎笛,那一年的夏天幾乎都在孔廟避暑和練功,所以每個月都會拍到管樂雅集。 　　當然原本不知道管樂雅集,楊老大會找到我的Flickr相簿,我有時會毒舌一番但是天下沒有完美是事物,不能太苛求任何人,多給一點掌聲吧。 　　 希望管樂雅集的帥哥美女們,能天天進步天天成長能成為演奏名家,我這個練功的藝術家,在你們身邊安靜的替你們紀錄每一次的演出放在Flickr相簿中,也希望沒打擾了你們管樂雅集的演出。 (以上為新威撰文)

台南運河風情-歷史與生活,臺南運河最早是在清朝道光三年西元1823年,由府城三郊(同現在的商業同業公會)出資興建,但是這一條古運河在甲午戰爭後日本治台時期日漸淤塞而不堪使用，西元1922年在古運河南邊另建新運河由松本虎太設計西元1926年5月1日正式營運。 　　 只要談到台南運河,就有說不完的故事,記得小時候龍舟比賽是在富邦大樓和加油站這一個舊港口,也曾經發生過登上小漁船看龍舟比賽,因為小漁船不堪負重而沉船的重大事故。 　　 台南市的俗話常說「運河沒蓋蓋子」就是說這樣沒用的人,為什麼不早一點去死,也就說明了運河和我們台南市人的生活有十分密切的關係,也因為運河的繁榮而造就了府城做十六歲的風俗。(以上為新威撰文)

運河貨物運到城裡是要經過當時的五條港,港邊有許多童工到了十六歲,舉行成年禮俗稱「做十六歲」，是要告訴搬運貨物的老闆，我家的孩子長大了成年了，要領大人的工資了，隨著時代的巨輪輾轉演變至今，變成了富貴人家才有的台南市禮俗。 　　現在的運河成了城市的造景地標,除了「划船協會」那一段有練習船之外平常沒有船隻出入,因為港口目前是在「安億橋」外的林默娘公園那裡了,運河兩岸是公園綠地,每年的端午節都會在運河博物館和安億橋到承天橋那一段比賽龍舟十分熱鬧。 　　 今年我依照貫例也是到運河拍龍舟比賽,今年的練習日只有五天,去了二三天拍練習,也拍了不少夏日的風光,不過到決賽當天卻是陰雨,今年最有趣的是拍到一位可愛的大學女生鼓手,她還找到我放在Flickr相簿的照片喔,其實還不只一張只是沒上傳。 (以上為新威撰文)
